A Belgian startup created 4 years ago, INDEX+ offers building managers an innovative solution for the energy management of their buildings. Thanks to a remote reading system developed internally, INDEX+ offers real-estate property managers and managers of renewable energy systems access to an energy monitoring platform, division of costs and management of boilers.

Your roles

• Management of the INDEX+ Web online platform (introduction of new configurations, management of the stock of equipment, configuration of client interfaces, etc.)
• Preparation of and participation in the implementation of metering systems on building sites
• Creation and configuration of kits with remote reading systems at the workshop.
• Interventions on site for simple commissioning operations.
• Surveillance of the proper functioning of remote reading systems and initiating corrective action in the event of problems.
• In collaboration with the technical manager, technical assistance for the equipment and after-sales monitoring of the different remote reading systems sold by Meterbuy.
• Assistance in managing stock and logistics

Who you are:

• High school diploma with a technical specialization
• No previous experience required
• Ability to work in an Internet environment and to be able to do certain manual tasks (installing meters and remote reading systems)
• Ability to use office automation software easily
• A knowledge of technical English is a plus
• Conscientious, methodical and reliable
• As you will be working in a small company, it is essential that you be independent and flexible when it comes to the tasks to be done
• Category B driving license

We offer you:

• Location of work = Liège (three months of training is anticipated)
• 38 hours of work a week with flexibility in the organization of weekly hours
• Hiring with a view to a permanent contract
