<A Belgian startup created 4 years ago, INDEX+ offers building managers an innovative solution for the energy management of their buildings. Thanks to a remote reading system developed internally, INDEX+ offers real-estate property managers and renewable energy systems managers access to an energy monitoring platform, division of costs and management of boilers.

Your tasks:

• You’ll prospect for clients among professionals in the management of apartment buildings (property management companies, developers, managers of social housing).
• You will analyze needs, make offers and conclude multi-year contracts.

Who you are:

• You have more than three years of experience in sales.
• You understand the apartment building context and are a true urbanite.
• With excellent people skills, you are a social and naturally empathetic person.
• You are enthusiastic and highly persistent.
• Rigorous, independent and keen minded, you are a results-oriented person.
• You have a mastery of digital tools.
• You are bilingual in French and Dutch.
