As everyone knows, to effectively manage energy and water in buildings, residents must be made aware of their responsibilities. In general, there aren’t any problems in single-family houses or in buildings where each apartment has its own heating equipment and water meter, where everyone pays for what they themselves consume. But this becomes much more difficult in apartment buildings where no individual allocation system exists. Energy consumption in such cases is often a state of anarchy!
However, solutions do exist: one can adopt, for example, a reliable and high-performing system dividing costs based on consumption measurements, making it possible to provide to each resident the actual consumption of each unit.
