Personal data may be disclosed to a third party if we are constrained to do so within the framework of a law or regulation in force, of a judicial order or governmental regulation, or if this disclosure is required in the process of an inquiry or a criminal procedure, on national territory or abroad. -
4. Right to access, rectification and opposition
Each time that we process personal data, we take all reasonable measures to ensure the accuracy and relevance of your data in conformity with the purposes for which we collect it. The use of cookies on our site
Our website uses cookies to optimize its functioning and to collect statistics pertaining to its use (visitor numbers, page views, etc.).What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file, potentially encrypted, saved by a website on the computer or device (smartphone, tablet, etc.) that you use to consult the site. The purpose of these cookies is to accelerate and personalize your use of the site as you visit it and return to it.
To do this, cookies communicate information between your web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, etc.) and the server that hosts the website, for example concerning your preferences on how the site is displayed (language, font size, etc.), your browsing history, your choice of the options proposed by a site or login data. What cookies do we use on the site?
- Functional cookies: These cookies are part of the content management platform, which we can describe as the “engine” of the site. These cookies make it possible to manage certain of the site’s functionalities. They are anonymous (no information collected makes it possible to determine your identity). Moreover, with the exception of cookies setting your linguistic preference, they expire when you close your browser. They are thus deleted from your computer or device when you quit this program.
- Statistical cookies: The site makes use of the services of Google Analytics in order to analyze the visitor numbers and behavior of users of the site. Statistical cookies make it possible, for example, to know the number of visitors, where they are located, their journey on the site (how and by what page they accessed it, the pages that followed their session and the page on which they left the site), the time of the visit, etc. These cookies are anonymous and they can last up to two years.
How to manage cookies?
You can manage and/or delete cookies as you wish using the configuration settings of your browser. You can delete all cookies already stored on your computer and configure most browsers so that they block them. Nevertheless, in this case, you may have to indicate yourself certain preferences each time that you go to a site, and some functional services may not be accessible.
